1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when using the application.

Naad Vault does not operate backend servers for storing user collection data.

2. Data Storage

Collection data - including metadata, user-added notes, and optional user-provided media - is stored locally on the user's device.

Naad Vault does not collect, transmit, or store user collection data on external servers operated by the developer.

No analytics, tracking, advertising, or telemetry systems are implemented.

3. User-Provided Content

Users may optionally add their own images or other materials to collection records. Such content is stored locally as part of the user's application data.

If cloud backup is enabled, user-provided content may be included in backup files stored within the user's own Google Drive account.

4. Discogs Integration

Naad Vault allows users to search and import release data from Discogs.

Imported metadata is used solely to populate local collection entries. Images may be temporarily cached locally to improve browsing performance. Cached images are not redistributed and are excluded from Google Drive backups.

Users are responsible for complying with Discogs' Terms of Service.
