No Warranty

Naad Vault is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The developer makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness

There is no guarantee that the Application will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

Data Storage and Backup Responsibility

All collection data is stored locally on the user's device by default.

Naad Vault does not operate or maintain proprietary backend servers for storing user collection data.

If the user chooses to enable cloud backup, application data may be stored in the user's personal Google Drive account via authorized access to Google Drive.

In such cases:

• Data is stored within the user's own Google account.
• The developer does not control, host, or manage Google's infrastructure.
• The developer does not have access to the user's Google Drive files.
• The developer does not maintain separate copies of user data.

Users are solely responsible for managing and backing up their data, including data stored in third-party cloud services.

User-Provided Content

Users may optionally add their own images or other materials to collection records. Naad Vault does not review, verify, or validate ownership, licensing, or usage rights for any content provided by users.

• Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights to store or use such content.
• The developer does not monitor or control materials added by users.
• User-provided content is stored as part of the user's local application data.

If cloud backup is enabled, user-provided content may also be included in backup files stored within the user's own Google Drive account.

Third-Party Services

The application integrates with:

• Discogs
• Google Drive

The developer is not responsible for:

• Service outages
• API changes
• Account suspension
• Data loss caused by third-party platforms

Security Disclaimer

While reasonable measures are implemented, no software can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for securing their own devices.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
